E2E is an individually tailored programme for 16 – 18 year olds that helps you to develop skills and interests in order to progress into work or training.
E2E gives you the support you need to move on in life. You will receive guidance and support for developing your personal and social skills and help to develop your functional skills. You can experience tasters in work placements and courses to help you decide where you want to go in the future.
