Success for Dylan!

Dylan joined Rocket Training’s Traineeship programme in February with a keen interest in Horticulture after helping out at the garden at home. Dylan was placed with a local employer where he flourished and grew in confidence. Dylan was supported by our tutors and his workplace mentor Paul and completed a Level 1 Award in Practical Horticulture alongside his English Level 2. After impressing his work placement with his self-motivation to learn, Dylan was offered an Apprenticeship in August with Reaseheath College.
